Updated the website's home page, gallery and contact page.

Learned how to make a contact form with the form option in google docs.

Learned how to put links with images for the google website.

OBJECTIVES:
AM: Trace web logo in Blender, Create Welcome & Work Samples Page

Started to get an understanding of Blender. Still need to get used to the controls. For the most part, I'm starting to get a feel for what to do in the program.

Learned parts of Blender from James. Still fairly confused.

DO NOW:
Create a Google Doc and type 3-5 sentences describing how the internet works and how to prepare graphics for use on a webpage (Use your notes). Put your name and "Web Design" in the title. When done, share it to "OCVTSDVC@GMAIL.COM".

OBJECTIVES:

1. Finish Web Logo graphic and place in Google Site header.
2. Create a "Welcome" page on your google site. Include a brief decscription of the town you are from, what your hobbies are and what your career goals are.
3. Create a "Gallery" page on your google site. Insert at least two images of artwork you have created with a description of how you created it

Wrote the google doc and shared it. Used notes. 

created a whole new website to do the welcome page on to test it out. Looks pretty good. Created the gallery option in navigation on the blog.

I used the basic blank look from the theme selection and changed everything from there on. Added original art as the background images.

Did financial literacy.

Continue working on thumbnails for web logo. Get approval before continuing.
Must include:

1. part of name (initials, last name, etc.)
2. include part of your personality/hobbies
3. indicate colors
4. enclosed in a shape

OBJECTIVES:

1. Place web logo on web log
2. Finish English references activity
3. Start a Google Site

Finished English references.

Made the paint brush logo in photoshop.

We went over a work sheet on how the internet works. We discussed it and then went off to do thumb nails. English.

Class Rules

Learn what we will be doing

We sat through a lecture explaining the class rules, which included on what we would be doing and what not. James put up a chart. Mr.D showed us the blog platform we would end up be putting our work reports on. We created our blogs for the majority of the class period.
